What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and verified mobile number, collected when you register.
• Order details — delivery address, town, items ordered and payment method.
• Payment information — card payments are handled entirely by PayHere on their secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We never see, collect or store your card number.
• Messages — the one-time SMS codes we send to verify your number, and order-related texts.

How we use it

• To process, confirm and deliver your orders.
• To call or text you about an order you placed.
• To verify your identity and keep your account secure.
• To tell you about new stock or offers — only if you have opted in, and you can opt out any time by replying or calling us.

We never sell your information. It is shared only with the services that make the shop work: Supabase (secure data hosting), PayHere (payment processing), our SMS provider (verification codes and order updates) and our delivery couriers (name, phone and address, only as needed to deliver your order).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: they keep you signed in and remember your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time — you will simply need to sign in again.

Keeping it safe

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest, protected by row-level security so only you — and our staff, where needed to fulfil your orders — can access your orders and profile.
