Who we are

goodguyss.lk is operated by Good Guys, a clothing and footwear retailer registered in Sri Lanka, with its principal place of business at Kurumankadu Junction, Vavuniya, and branches in Cheddikulam, Trincomalee and Mannar. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• An account with a verified Sri Lankan mobile number is required to order. Keep your password safe — activity on your account is your responsibility.
• Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 3 working days, the order may be cancelled and any payment refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you place the order — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are always honoured at the price shown when you placed them.
• In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel the order with a full refund.

Payment

• Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and other supported cards) are processed securely by PayHere (payhere.lk), a Central Bank–approved Sri Lankan payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
• By submitting an order you authorise the charge for the order total to your selected payment method.
• Cash on delivery is available in Vavuniya, Cheddikulam, Trincomalee and Mannar.
• Refunds, where due, are always issued to the original payment method — see our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delivery

We deliver islandwide, normally within 2–4 working days of the confirmation call. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays; we will keep you informed by phone or SMS. You may also collect from any branch free of charge. If an item is out of stock despite appearing available, we will offer an alternative or a full refund to the original payment method.

Products

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly with screen settings. Sizes are listed on each product page with a size guide where available.

Liability & governing law

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page with its date above. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
